Rockville, Md. — Van Eperen, an award-winning integrated communications agency, announced today its 2016 partnerships with several key industry organizations, continuing the firm’s long tradition of supporting national and regional organizations. These engagements reflect the agency’s expanded footprint in the public relations/communications marketplace and its steadfast commitment to building and strengthening client and community relationships.
In the communications realm, Van Eperen has partnered with Capitol Communicator, a respected e-community of public relations, marketing, advertising and digital communicators. Van Eperen will produce a series of videos throughout 2016 featuring senior-level communicators who will share their insights on industry trends. Van Eperen Founder and CEO Laura Van Eperen introduced the series in the opening video shown below.
Van Eperen is also a Platinum Sponsor of the Public Relations Society of America, National Capital Chapter (PRSA-NCC), the largest chapter of PR professionals in the United States. Van Eperen Senior Vice President Karen Addis, APR, has been an active 30-year member and volunteer of PRSA-NCC, having served in numerous leadership positions over the years. As part of the sponsorship, Addis and Van Eperen will author guest blogs on www.prsa-ncc.org.
In support of Van Eperen’s largest practice area – health and science – the agency is now a Silver Sponsor of the Tech Council of Maryland (TCM), the state’s largest technology trade association, which serves the advanced technology and biotechnology communities in Maryland, where Van Eperen is headquartered.
“We have grown and evolved tremendously as an agency over the past couple of years, and we realized we needed to do a better job of communicating that,” notes Laura Van Eperen. “These strategic partnerships and sponsorships reflect those advances.”
“2016 is an especially important year for us,” continued Van Eperen. “This spring, our offices are moving to North Bethesda to be more centrally located to our clients around the Washington metropolitan area, and we also have office space in Washington, D.C., at the National Press Club. Late last year, we underwent a major rebrand to better communicate how we have evolved as an agency. I am excited about what the future holds as we continue to add to our roster of talented staff, serve our amazing clients, and deepen our expertise in key industries.”
