Promoting Scientific Research During National Association Annual Meeting

Challenge

The American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists (AAPS) is a professional, scientific organization of members employed in academia, industry, government, and other research institutes worldwide.

Strategy

Van Eperen supported AAPS by creating press releases, infographics, and social media content about research presented at the sessions, while focusing on top-tier national media outlets to raise the organization’s visibility in the mainstream media. Our team reviewed more than 1,300 abstracts for media interest, conducted research/speaker prep calls, analyzed media influencers, created infographics, and coordinated media interviews.
