Podcasting continues to be in a steady growth mode, as 40 percent of Americans say they have ever listened to a podcast, while 24 percent say they have listened to one in the past month, up from 21 percent one year ago, according to the Infinite Dial Study by Edison Research and Triton Digital.

It’s a slow but increasing rise and a tactic today’s marketers need to consider for an integrated communications toolbox.
